The baby show is one of the most popular events at the Alliston Potato Festival and for a good reason. All of the cutest babies from around New Tecumseth and surrounding areas showing off their chubby cheeks and breathtaking smiles. After last year’s summer heat, we thought to set this year’s theme to Summer Beach Babies. So dress in your “It’s Summer Baby” best (extra points for accessories) for the occasion!

The baby show takes place at the fairgrounds on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 10 am. The entry fee is $10 per baby and if you pre-registered before August 1, 2023, you will receive one free day pass to the Festival. Registration will open on July 15th, 2023, and will continue through the weekend till 5 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2023. All registered babies and guardians should check in between 9:00 and 9:45 am on Sunday, August 13 at the pavilion on the Fairgrounds.

Please only one registered adult up with a baby at a time we ask that all other supporting adults and children sit back in the audience.

The 4 class categories are 0 to 3 months, 4 to 7 months, 8 to 12 months, and 13 to 18 months. Each category will be limited to 25 babies.

The judges will be looking that following and award a baby in each class

· Best Theme Dress Baby in each category
· Parent Child look a like
· Best Smiles
· Fussiest Baby because we should award parents who have fatigue
· Sleepiest Baby
